    Create the event in the dashboard. Pick from 13 seeded layouts or drag your own together, choose from 8 live filters, theme the welcome screen, set your price.

    Pair the booth.

    Mint a 6-digit code from your panel, type it into the tablet, and the kiosk provisions itself. Its own account — no operator password ever touches the floor.

    Guests do the rest.

    They tap, pose, pay on their own phones, print, and walk away with the photo on WhatsApp and a QR album link. You watch sessions, prints, and shares roll in.

PROtoBooth is invite-only while we onboard operators by hand. An existing operator (or the platform admin) issues you an invitation link — that link is the only way in. Once you're in, you can invite other operators yourself.

Any tablet or laptop with a modern browser and a camera. Pair it with a 6-digit code from your dashboard and it signs itself into a dedicated kiosk account — the same device can run every future event without re-pairing.

You plug in your own Chip or ToyyibPay credentials (sandbox or live) per event and set a per-session price. Guests pay on their own phones via FPX, cards, or e-wallets; the booth unlocks once the gateway confirms. One-click verify checks your credentials before the night.

You choose the channels per event: WhatsApp to the guest's own number, a QR code that opens their album page, and printed copies through the PROtoBooth Assistant on a paired laptop. There's also an optional live gallery link collecting every shared photo from the event.

Yes. Layouts can be saved as global defaults and toggled on for any event, or built as one-off customs for a single booking. The same goes for effect filters — 8 seeded presets plus whatever you dial in with the seven-slider editor.
